At Arrive Hollywood, we understand parking is precious in LA, which is why our residents enjoy secure assigned parking in our controlled-access garage. For visitors, we’re conveniently located near the Hollywood & Highland Center parking structure and several other public lots. Street parking in the surrounding residential areas is managed through a permit system, helping ensure spaces are available for residents.

Arrive Hollywood is situated in one of Hollywood’s most desirable pockets, where historic charm meets modern urban living. Our community features 24/7 controlled access entry, secure parking, and well-lit streets, while being steps away from the Hollywood Division Police Station. The neighborhood has seen significant revitalization in recent years, particularly along Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street, with increased foot traffic and new businesses creating a vibrant, community-oriented atmosphere.
